  • Courses are available through one-time purchases or bundled offers.
  • You are granted lifetime access to purchased courses.
  • We offer CPD Certification upon passing course quizzes.
  • Materials such as handouts, exercises, checklists, and cheatsheets are included and may be downloaded for personal use only.
  • You will receive free access to all future course updates.
  • We also offer a free Psychology course as a taster.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • All prices are currently exclusive of VAT.
  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
  • We do not offer free trials, but a free course is available.
  • No money-back guarantees are provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Holistic Email Academy Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, we may incorporate screenshots, snippets, or excerpts of third-party content (such as brand emails or website designs) into our educational materials under the principles of Fair Use, as outlined in our Fair Use Policy. (link) This is done solely for:
